Job summary

Sabre Travel Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the direction and delivery of reservations, including booking and post-booking workflows such as PNR and servicing.

You will partner with engineering and stakeholders across customers and commercial teams, translating complex needs into scalable product outcomes with a global impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience within airline technology or travel platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge of reservations, including booking, PNR, servicing, queues or group bookings.
• Experience partnering with engineering on APIs, integrations and scalable system design.
• Proven ability to deliver product end-to-end and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmap, priorities and delivery for reservations capabilities across airline and GDS domains.
• Define features, manage backlog and guide engineering teams to releases on time and within scope.
• Engage stakeholders across customers, sales and internal teams to gather requirements and align outcomes.
• Drive product adoption and performance through data, KPIs and improvements across booking/servicing flows.
• Act as subject matter expert for booking and post-booking workflows, supporting demos and discussions.

This role requires deep domain expertise in airline reservations or GDS, strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable product outcomes.

Preferred qualifications and education

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management within airline technology, GDS or travel platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge of reservations, including booking, PNR, servicing, queues or group bookings.
• Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations and scalable system design.
• Proven ability to manage product delivery end to end and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
