Job summary

Scapia is seeking a Lead Product Designer in Bengaluru to own the design vision for key product areas and work with product, engineering, data, and business teams to solve complex problems. The role requires 8-12+ years of design leadership, a strong portfolio, and proven ability to ship consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the design vision and experience for some of Scapia's most important product areas.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to solve complex customer problems, shape product strategy, and take ideas from 0-1 through launch and scale.

This is a player-coach role- you'll lead and mentor a team of designers while staying hands-on with the most important product problems.
