Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a senior software architect to own end-to-end automation workflows and shadow engineering, production, and service teams to eliminate bottlenecks.

You will architect, build, and deploy a proprietary internal portal with real-time dashboards for field service, production quality, and product development. The role also involves recruiting and leading a new internal software team, managing external consulting partners, and designing data integrations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on automation pipelines and custom web apps.
• Experience building data portals and end-to-end automation pipelines.
• Leadership: building internal tech teams and managing external consultants.
• Systems integration and API design with data pipelines.
• Strong backend languages (Python/Go/C#/.NET/Node.js) and frontend (React/Vue/Angular).

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on principal architect to ingest data from PLM/ERP/CRM into the portal via microservices, queues, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Build CI/CD, testing infra, and automated data logging to optimize product testing and quality control.
• Partner with stakeholders to document automation designs for regulatory/compliance needs.

Job description

• Own the end-to-end process; shadow engineering, production, and service teams to define, document, and architect automated workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks.
• Custom Portal / App Architecture: Architect, build, and deploy a custom, proprietary internal portal / App featuring real-time dashboards to monitor, track, and ensure the absolute closure of issues across three critical vectors: field service, production quality and product development.
• Team Building: Recruit, hire, and manage a brand-new internal software engineering team (spanning full-stack development, DevOps, and data pipelines), establishing code quality baselines and agile practices.
• Consulting & Vendor Management: Select, vet, and manage third-party software consulting companies and system integrators to scale engineering capacity and accelerate the custom portal's delivery.
• Solution Architecture: Act as the hands-on principal architect to ingest and aggregate data from disparate enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, and Issue Trackers like Jira/Salesforce) into your custom portal via robust microservices, message queues, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• QC Pipeline Automation: Build high-reliability continuous integration (CI/CD) systems, testing infrastructure, and automated data logging to optimize product testing and quality control.
• Compliance: Partner with internal stakeholders to wrap your modern automation and portal designs in the documentation frameworks required for our industry.

Required Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E / M.Sc
• Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with emphasis on architecting high-lifecycle automation pipelines and building custom web applications / data portals (e.g., e-commerce fulfillment systems, logistics control towers, or distributed cloud dashboards).
• Full-Stack & Observability: Proven experience building custom web interfaces and underlying data pipelines that track operational performance, issue aging, SLAs, and closure metrics.
• Leadership & Strategy: experience building internal tech teams from the ground up and managing external technical consulting partners.
• Systems Integration: Mastery of API design, system-to-system integrations, data pipeline architecture, and middleware/webhooks.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Deep experience in modern backend/automation languages (Python, Go, C#/.NET, or Node.js/TypeScript) combined with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) for the portal / App.
• Experience handling high-volume operational workflows where uptime, auditing, and precision data tracking are vital.
• Familiarity with modern event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
