many years in education but never got the chance to become a principal.

We offer a 6-month paid leadership training program that prepares you to confidently take on the role of

a Principal or senior academic leader.

What You Will Learn:

• How to Lead a School as a Principal: You will learn how to take overall responsibility for the school by setting a clear vision, guiding teachers and staff, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring the school grows academically and culturally under your leadership.
• Academic Planning and Curriculum Supervision: This focuses on planning the academic year, monitoring lesson plans, ensuring curriculum standards are met, and improving teaching quality so that students achieve better learning outcomes.
• Managing Teachers, Students, and Parents: You will learn how to support and motivate teachers, handle student discipline and well-being, and communicate effectively with parents to build trust and resolve concerns smoothly.
• School Administration and Daily Operations: This teaches how to manage timetables, staff allocation, school policies, records, and daily administrative tasks to ensure the school functions efficiently without disruptions.

• Support Staff Development and Student Management: You will assist in teacher development activities, mentoring, and student discipline or welfare matters, learning how principals support both staff growth and student well‑being.
• Learn How Principals Plan, Decide, and Lead: Through daily involvement, you will understand how principals think strategically, make important decisions, and lead the school effectively in academic and administrative matters.
