Genpact leads AI-powered transformation and pricing excellence. This Lead - Pricing role focuses on shaping pricing strategy for complex deals, optimizing costs, and driving governance across renewals and negotiations.

You will partner with finance, sales, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The position requires in-depth pricing analytics, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities, with a hybrid work setup in India.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• ACCA, CIMA or similar finance certifications preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills.
• Experience with pricing, deal structuring and governance.
