Job summary

Secure Minds is hiring a Lead Network Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects across a large multi-site enterprise environment. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide L1–L3 support for service interruptions, and develop detailed requirements for network upgrades and re-architecture.

The role is location-flexible across Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Pune on a 24/7 rotation, demanding advanced Cisco routing and switching expertise,

Qualifications

• Must have advanced Cisco routing and switching expertise.
• Experience with MPLS, broadband, VSAT, leased lines and wireless technologies.
• Strong TCP/IP routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, TACACS+, SNMP, DMVPN, policy-based routing.
• Project management methodology: Prince2/PMP, ITIL and PCI standards.

We are hiring a Lead Network Engineer to own end-to‑end delivery of network infrastructure projects — new connectivity, network upgrades, relocations and disconnects — across a large multi‑site enterprise environment. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide L1–L3 support for service interruptions, and develop detailed requirements for network upgrades and re‑architecture.

The role is location‑flexible across Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Pune on a 24/7 shift rotation, and calls for advanced Cisco routing and switching expertise (CCNP/CCIE preferred), strong MPLS/VSAT/wireless experience, and project management skills (Prince2/PMP, ITIL, PCI).
