Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior MuleSoft Integration Architect to design and deliver complex integration solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and guide implementation teams.

You will work with Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, CloudHub, and APIs to ensure secure, scalable connectivity across cloud and on-premise systems, while promoting best practices and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in developing integration solutions.
8+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience.
Expert-level understanding of the MuleSoft product suite, CloudHub 2.0, API-led connectivity, API Manager, and MuleSoft Administration
Skills in software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge
Ability to drive the full cycle of project development leading to business objectives and value realization
Integration experience with AWS API gateways using MuleSoft
Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API Strategy development
Experience with Anypoint Platform, Flow Design, and API Design
Experience with DataWeave, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, API Management, and EDI Integration
Experience developing, deploying, and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub
Deep knowledge of different MuleSoft offerings
Experience with design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce
Experience with third-party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Experience with MuleSoft on-premise and cloud solutions
Experience with message queue design patterns
Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDKs of packaged applications, and legacy applications
Experience designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API gateways and proxies
Comfortable with CST time zone
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on product and solution aspects
Build, manage, and present BRD/FSD aligned with customers’ technical business needs and MuleSoft solutions
Craft and architect solutions and development for large-scale customers
Develop and deliver Anypoint Platform projects using API-led design, messaging patterns, and application development best practices
Analyze and develop Integration and Interoperability domain architecture to meet IT and business requirements
Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solution architecture and design specifications
Create high-level integration solution designs and guide implementation teams on Mule components and patterns
Design and develop Mule applications for Anypoint Platform runtime plane deployment options
Apply development methods across project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and operational concerns
Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes for API and integration projects
Ensure development teams follow documented design and development patterns and standards
Support integration environments and solutions, including off-hours support for business-critical integrations
Collaborate with Solution Architecture/Design teams to ensure solution consistency, quality, and knowledge sharing
