• Participate in calls with U.S. and European teams.

Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider making data faster and safer, is seeking an exceptional LMTS Logic Design to join our Retimer product team in Bengaluru, India. In this role you will work on the implementation of the Rambus PCIe retimer product line, reporting directly to a Senior Principal Engineer. The Retimer team provides solutions for PCIe Gen5, Gen6, and Gen7 retimers and your contributions will be instrumental in successful tape‑outs with our retimer products for various customers.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid approach for most office‑based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, with the remaining days remote.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of design updates for several Retimer IP modules.
• Architectural updates of modules and/or datapath.
• Customer support.
• Support verification team.
• Participate in calls with U.S. and European teams during evening/morning hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• 4+ years solid logic design experience, with hands‑on RTL work.
• PCIe protocol knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• Knowledge of SDC, synthesis, timing, and backend desirable.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable institution.
