Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Designer in Karnataka, India. You will work on design, documentation, and site implementation within multidisciplinary teams.

Must have diploma in Architecture, 6–9 years of experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and related BIM tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma -Architecture candidates will be considered, if they can showcase relevant experience in Architecture BIM Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation.
• Applicants are required to have between 6-9 years of experience in relevant field.
• Excellent Communication skills in written and spoken English
• Be aware of the effect of delivery time on financial performance and proactively manage time on an assigned project
• Willingness to work as a team or individual, and share information and knowledge with team members

Responsibilities

• Must have good experience delivering Architecture Design projects in the private or public sectors.
• Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes. International experience of the UK, Middle East or APAC regions will be considered an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in, but not limited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Revitzo, BIM 360, Navisworks, MS Office, Advanced experience of BIM related software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works will be considered an added advantage.
• Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team
• Have a logical and organized approach to project delivery and able to follow instructions and guidance by senior team members
