Job summary

AECOM Bengaluru is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5–9 years in highway design, proficient in ORD, Civil 3D and AutoCAD/MicroStation. You will contribute to global projects, collaborate with multinational teams, and ensure quality design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master of Engineering degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 5–9 years of highway/roadway design experience with ORD and Civil 3D.
• Experience on UK/US/NA/ME/ANZ regional projects with different codal standards.
• Global design experience on international projects in collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation (2D design) and ORD/Civil 3D.
• Experience in highway rehab design, land development, traffic management plans, junctions, signs & markings.
• Knowledge of quality processes and BIM exposure, CDE awareness.

• Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

Job Description

• Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.

• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
• Identifies discrepancies in results.

• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
• Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design

elements for engineering works.

• Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

Qualifications

• Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Engineers with 5 to 9 years experience in highways/Roadway/motorways design with ORD -(Open Roads Design) and Civil 3D software
• Should have preferably worked on UK/US projects /NA -Canada/ME/ANZ Regional projects using different codal standards and guidelines.
• Should have Preferably worked on Global design experience and worked for international projects in collaborative environment
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation (2d design exp) and ORD/ Civil 3D is a must
• Should have worked for highway/rehab related design & modelling, land development, traffic management plans, Junctions, Road Signs & Markings
• Quality process, procedures, implementation for delivery of projects
• Highway related BIM exposure, CDE awareness.
