You will lead end-to-end development with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, architect high-performance systems, review code, and mentor developers to adopt best practices in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong MERN Stack expertise.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalable architecture, and software development best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
