Job summary

Sampoorna Consultants in Hyderabad seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to drive architecture and delivery of scalable web apps.

You will mentor developers, own API design, and collaborate with stakeholders using Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in developing scalable web applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of MERN-based web applications.
