The Lead Manager – Finance & Accounts (Treasury Head) is responsible for leading the company’s treasury, cash flow, and risk management initiatives. The role involves providing strategic financial insights, supporting investment decisions, managing regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will also lead a team to ensure productivity and adherence to policies, enabling Inventia to meet its business and financial goals.
Manage daily cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Forecast short- and long-term cash flows (Daily, Weekly, 13-Week Rolling).
Provide actionable insights for investment of surplus cash; optimize fund utilization and avoid excess liquidity or shortages.
Lead EDPMS and IDPMS management.
Ensure compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations for all cross-border transactions.
Obtain necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, especially the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), as applicable.
Monitor and report inbound and outbound investments as per prescribed RBI guidelines.
Stay updated with evolving FEMA norms to mitigate regulatory risks and support compliant international operations.
Lead risk management through efficient Insurance management and other means.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, FX, and credit risk.
Implement internal financial controls and compliance protocols.
Evaluate and secure necessary funding for operations and capital projects.
Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Lead banking submissions and covenants management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Prepare for and support internal/external audits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with approved plans.
Track and report Planned vs Actual fund flow.
Enable project cost control by preparing timely feasibility reports.
Supervise and guide team members toward achieving performance goals.
Identify training needs and enable capability development.
Foster a culture of productivity, ownership, and compliance with company values.
Represent the finance function in discussions with external stakeholders.
Maintain investor, auditor, and regulatory body relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams for financial alignment.

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of experience in treasury, and fund flow management.
Strong grasp of financial modelling, risk management, and budgeting.
Experience in pharma or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP and financial tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
