Job summary

Creddinv Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Lead Investor Acquisition to drive onboarding of HNIs, UHNI, Family Offices and other investors. The role requires 5–6 years in VC, wealth management, or investment banking.

Qualifications

Lead Investor Acquisition Venture Capital

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Lead Investor Acquisition to drive the acquisition and onboarding of HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and qualified investors.
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Venture Capital, Wealth Management, Family Office, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Sales.
The role requires a strong understanding of investment products, excellent relationship-building skills, a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, and a track record of acquiring and converting investors.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Acquisition & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and institutional investors.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified investors.
  • Identify prospective investors through networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the complete investor acquisition cycle from prospecting to meetings, engagement, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual investor acquisition targets.
  • Develop new investor segments and explore new channels for investor acquisition.
Investor Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, entrepreneurs, CXOs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
  • Understand investor objectives, investment preferences, risk appetite, and portfolio requirements.
  • Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with prospective and existing investors.
  • Develop referral networks to generate high-quality investor leads.
Investment & Fundraising
  • Present investment opportunities and clearly communicate the investment proposition, business model, market opportunity, and relevant risks.
  • Work closely with the Investment, Research, and Leadership teams to understand investment opportunities.
  • Support fundraising initiatives and convert qualified prospects into investors.
  • Identify cross-selling and additional investment opportunities where relevant.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Build relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, family offices, investment professionals, founders, entrepreneurs, and business networks.
  • Develop strategic referral and distribution partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at investor meets, conferences, VC events, and industry networking forums.
Market & Investor Intelligence
  • Identify and research potential HNI/UHNI and Family Office investors.
  • Monitor trends in VC, startups, private markets, alternative investments, and wealth management.
  • Maintain an updated investor database and relationship pipeline.
  • Analyse investor behaviour and market opportunities to improve acquisition strategies.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the Investor Acquisition / Investment Sales team.
  • Set targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide coaching on investor engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with senior management on investor acquisition strategies.
MIS & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate investor information and activities in the CRM.
  • Track leads, meetings, qualified prospects, conversion rates, investor commitments, and revenue.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly investor acquisition reports for management.
  • Analyse the investor funnel and recommend initiatives to improve conversion.

5 to 6 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

  • Experience working with Family Offices, Wealth Management firms, VC/PE firms, or Investment Banks.
  • Strong network among HNIs, UHNIs, entrepreneurs, CXOs, family offices, or institutional investors is an advantage.
  • Experience in fundraising, investment sales, or private-market investments will be preferred.
  • Strong track record of achieving business development, acquisition, fundraising, or revenue targets.
