Key Responsibilities

• Support in preparing maintenance build for new projects/Legacy systems
• Develop detailed maintenance plans for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules ensuring minimal disruption to production
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to prioritize work orders
• Review, validate, and prioritize work requests in the CMMS (SAP, Maximo, JDE or equivalent)
• Ensure work orders have complete job plans, including labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements
• Track progress and close work orders with accurate documentation
• Forecast and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for planned jobs
• Ensure all maintenance plans comply with refinery/LNG safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare job hazard analysis and include safety permits in job plans
• Support emergency maintenance planning during unplanned shutdowns
• Monitor KPIs such as schedule compliance, backlog, and maintenance cost
• Provide daily and weekly reports to management on maintenance performance
• Develop detailed job packages for critical equipment during outages
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services
• Strong knowledge of refinery/LNG/Complex Chemical facility equipment and maintenance practices
• Proficiency in CMMS tools (SAP, Maximo, JDE)
• Understanding of reliability principles (RCM, FMEA)
