What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Build and manage data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Work with ERP data sources to extract and analyze operational and financial metrics.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BI tools, data engineering, and cloud technologies.

We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in IT analytics and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server databases and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory (mandatory).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) effectively.
