UKG Ready is seeking a talented software implementation professional to join our Advisory Services team within the Ready Check History group. You will help deploy UKG Ready products, ensuring timely Check History completion before live payroll, while collaborating with delivery teams across geographies.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, data-driven problem solving, and flexibility to work IST shifts. Join a fast-paced CX division supporting global customers.

You will be joining the Implementation Advising job family of Ready Implementation Services Check History workgroup, under the UKG Customer Experience (CX) division for the new customer deployments of UKG Ready product and work with UKG Ready customers in multiple geographies.

We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain for products like ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, People Strong, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.

We are seeking a bold, innovative, and strategic individual to join our Ready Check History Advisory team. You will serve as a thought leader within the RIS and have primary responsibilities in the Advisory Services program concentrating on the Ready Check History process.

This role actively partners with Ready delivery teams to timely complete the Check History ahead of customer processing their first live payroll. Having a customer first mentality and big picture strategy is critical to our success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer focus by balancing internal and external customer needs with business objectives.
• Applies enterprise-level thinking to improve operational effectiveness, customer outcomes, and process efficiency.
• Possesses 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or consulting on UKG products.
• Works independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Maintains proficiency in reporting tools and utilizes data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally with leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a consultative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Stays current with new product capabilities, embraces continuous improvement, and is flexible to work business-required shifts (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST).
