Job summary

UST is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to drive enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, architect frontend and backend components, and guide AI-enabled solution development across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software, while embracing Agile practices and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with full-stack focus.
• Proven track record leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade apps.
• Hands-on with frontend and backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Summary

UST is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot along with exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of modern enterprise applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation by leveraging AI-powered solutions to deliver business value.

The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications while providing technical leadership across frontend, backend, and AI-enabled solution development. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to design and implement next-generation digital solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Architect and develop scalable frontend solutions with ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability across applications.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications, including Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations to drive innovation.
• Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

What you need:

• 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in full-stack application development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience in modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in ReactJS for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend and microservices development.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and modern development practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
