Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
• 3+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack capabilities
• Hands-on experience building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications
• Strong proficiency in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding assistants
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise, embrace AI-first engineering practices, and collaborate effectively with POD Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, productivity, and successful business outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development capabilities. Hands-on experience building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, backend services, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Experience using AI-assisted development tools, coding assistants, and modern software engineering frameworks. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a POD-based delivery model. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, software development best practices, and CI/CD principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions while ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Leverage GenAI, coding assistants, AI-powered development tools, and automation frameworks to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Utilize AI-assisted capabilities for code generation, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge discovery as part of day-to-day development activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows using AI and intelligent automation tools.
• Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of AI-first engineering practices within the pod.
• Own assigned features, user stories, technical components, and deliverables from development through production deployment and support.
• Collaborate closely with the POD Lead, Architects, Product Owners, and fellow engineers to deliver business objectives and customer value.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, technical problem-solving sessions, and architecture implementation activities.
• Contribute to automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and DevOps initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security guidelines, coding best practices, and quality processes.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within the engineering pod.
