Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of design experience in digital marketing or related agency roles.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium branding across formats.
• Expertise in motion graphics and video production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute premium campaigns across Print, Outdoor, Digital & Social.
• Design marketing collaterals: Newspaper Ads, Brochures, Hoardings, Reels & Social Creatives.
• Own end-to-end designing: develop original concepts and translate briefs.
• Create Motion Graphics, Marketing Videos & AI-generated content.
• Develop video concepts for project launches and brand campaigns.
• Ensure print-ready files & compliance for ads and hoardings.
• Leverage AI tools for faster high-quality visuals.
• Mentor the creative team and manage multiple projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications.
