About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join as Lead – Graphics Design, Social Media. This role blends design expertise with social media strategy, requiring strong visual storytelling skills and leadership to deliver engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize campaigns, manage designers, and ensure brand consistency while keeping content fresh and trend-driven.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media campaigns, advertisements, and digital promotions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.

• Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, trends, and platform-specific formats.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead projects effectively.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring creative teams.

• Experience in motion graphics and short-form video design.
