S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a sourcing professional to identify procurement opportunities and manage end-to-end bid cycles across global markets. You will monitor government portals, qualify opportunities, and coordinate content and pricing with Sales and product teams.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in proposal management, strong market knowledge, and experience with procurement platforms. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, deadlines, and impact on revenue.

Customer Excellence supports Sales through customer focused enablement. The team drives opportunity conversion, supports commercial execution, and improves sales effectiveness through process, tools, technology, and content. The Proposal and Customer Assessment team qualifies and responds to RFX, proposals, and client questionnaires across global markets. The team supports revenue generation by producing accurate and competitive submissions that align with client requirements and growth targets.
This role identifies new revenue opportunities through active lead sourcing across commercial, public sector, and government procurement channels. You will monitor contract portals, tender boards, bid platforms, and government procurement sites across EMEA and other regions. You will work with sales and bid teams to qualify opportunities and convert them into pipeline for the Market Intelligence division.
