Job summary

Vistex is seeking a Technical Consultant for GTMS to deliver technical consulting for its cloud Go-to-Market Suite. The role involves setting up technical elements, data models, file templates and data loads, plus developing customer-specific enhancements and tests.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, prepare templates, coordinate with offshore teams, and document system changes while learning new Vistex products and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions, along with participating in on-site meetings when required.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to clearly understand custom enhancement requirements and ensure accurate technical delivery.
• Prepare file templates and manage data uploads into the GTMS system.
• Coordinate with the offshore team to design and develop interfaces with the host system.
• Write and execute detailed technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Perform quality assurance on enhancements and business scripts developed for customers to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Identify product-related and customer-specific project issues, and work with the product development team to resolve them.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation to support customers in system maintenance and operations.
• Continuously learn and build expertise in both new and existing Vistex products and solution offerings.

Vistex Technical Consultant, GTMS will provide technical consulting for implementation of Vistex’s cloud offering - Go-to-Market Suite. The individual will be responsible for setting up of technical elements such as fields, data models, file templates and executing data loads. The Technical Consultant, GTMS will also be responsible for developing any customer specific enhancements and writing custom code using Vistex’s scripting tool and executing any tests related to these developments. Must be willing and committed to learning the Vistex product and deliver per project timelines. Knowledge of SAP business processes would be helpful. Should support the further development of the GTMS product and be an active team member on GTMS customer projects.
