Full-stack Engineer

As a Full‑stack Engineer, you will join our fast‑paced, customer‑centric Experience Development Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code in a full‑stack arena using React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
• Develop in a micro‑frontend SPA architecture.
• Design and develop backend integration with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations.
• Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical ones with strong communication skills.
• Guide junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application development, with at least 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer and proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of micro‑frontend architecture.
• Exposure to AI‑driven tools and platforms.
• Experience with BFF design patterns.
• Must have cloud technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
• Experience working in retail and/or e‑commerce companies.
• Experience working with API Gateway configuration.
• Experience working with CI/CD/Jenkins pipelines configuration.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• A creative and precise problem solver.
• Passionately worked on and driven large‑scale projects to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
