Accellor is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Hyderabad to build scalable applications across frontend and backend systems. You will leverage React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, and Java/Kotlin in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 4+ years IT experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities. You will participate in architecture discussions, CICD pipelines, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code full-stack solutions using React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java/Spring/Kotlin.
• Build micro frontend SPA architecture.
• Design and integrate backends with frontends, architect integrations.
• Contribute to roadmap with technical insights and priorities.
• Mentor juniors and help them grow their skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Code in a full-stack arena using React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
• Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations.
• Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
• Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.

Requirements

• Total experience of Min. 4+yrs as an IT Developer with at least 3+yrs as Fullstack developer.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing front-end apps in JavaScript, Next.js, ReactJS, Python, Node.js, Java.
• Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience with BFF Design patterns.
• Must have Cloud technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
• Experience working in retail and/or E-commerce companies.
• Experience working with API Gateway configuration.
• Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• A creative and precise problem solver.
• Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
