HeapTrace Technology is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to guide architecture and deliver high-quality software for US/EU clients. You will manage a 5–6 person team, drive end-to-end delivery, and apply AI-assisted practices to reduce defects while ensuring speed and reliability.

You will own frontend and backend architecture, collaborate across client projects, and directly interact with clients to align requirements, demos, and escalations.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on full-stack experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL databases for design and optimization.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM).
• Demonstrated leadership managing 5–6 developers and handling multiple client projects.
• Direct client exposure with US/EU clients, without a PM layer.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a 5–6 developer team to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
• Leverage AI to accelerate coding, reviews, testing and documentation.
• Perform code reviews, implement automated tests, CI/CD and AI-assisted checks to reduce defects.
• Engage directly with US/EU clients for requirements, demos and escalations.

Job Description: Lead Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role:

Our clients want faster delivery without any drop in quality. We need a hands-on technical lead whouses AI in everyday engineering to ship quickly and cut down errors, while leading 5–6 developers on projects for US/European clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership: own architecture, code quality and technical decisions across the stack.
• End-to-end delivery: plan, estimate and release across 2 or more client projects at once.
• Team leadership: lead and mentor 5–6 developers and keep delivery smooth and predictable.
• AI-driven delivery: use AI across coding, reviews, testing and documentation to deliver faster.
• Error reduction: code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD and AI-assisted checks to cut defects.
• Client ownership: work directly with US/EU clients on requirements, demos and escalations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Full-stack: Frontend (React / Angular / Vue) and backend (Node.js / .NET / Java / Python)
• Databases: Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL: design and optimization
• Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM)
• Leadership: Has led 5–6 developers and handled 2+ clients at the same time
• Client exposure: Has worked directly with US/EU clients, not through a PM
• AI adoption: Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) with proven gains

Preferred :

• Service / IT consulting background (small, mid or large company).
• Proven track record of faster delivery on client projects.
• Delivers quality at speed: fast releases with fewer defects and less rework.
• Team handling experience: has led, mentored and reviewed the work of developers.
