Job summary

Synergy Marine Group is hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You will own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

You'll lead design, define architecture and coding standards, build scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs, craft data-centric React dashboards, and manage AWS deployments for scale, reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Node.js with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2/EKS/Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Experience building frontend with React and managing state and performance.
