Role Overview

As a Lead Full stack Developer at GoSuper, you’ll lead the development of our end-to-end product experiences - from web to mobile, from frontend UX to backend APIs.

You’ll work across Next.js, React, React Native, and Node.js (NestJS) to build performant, scalable, and beautiful interfaces - all powered by robust backend systems. You'll also mentor a small engineering team, influence system architecture, and contribute directly to business-critical features.

This is a high-impact role with ownership across multiple platforms and user experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across web and mobile
• Build and optimize Next.js applications for SEO, speed, and reliability
• Develop dynamic UIs using React and React Native for web and mobile apps
• Integrate backend APIs (Node.js/NestJS) and manage data flow across services
• Work with real-time features (WebSockets, push notifications, live feeds)
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams for seamless experiences
• Own deployments, testing, and delivery with CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior engineers and shape fullstack engineering culture

Requirements

• 4-7 years of fullstack development experience
• Strong experience with Next.js, React, and React Native
• Proficient with Node.js (NestJS preferred) for API/backend development
• Experience integrating APIs, auth, databases, and cloud services
• Good grasp of frontend performance, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking
• Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Hands-on with CI/CD workflows, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Bonus Points

• Experience with real-time messaging and feeds (WebSockets, push notifications)
• Worked on SaaS platforms, creator tools, or education tech
• Familiarity with monorepo tools (Turborepo, Nx)
• Exposure to LLM-powered features or AI tooling
• Prior startup or 01 product development experience
