Job summary

ProCreator in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to own architectural direction, break work into tasks, review quality, and guide the team through AI-assisted planning, coding, testing, and review.

You will build accessible UIs with React and Angular, design APIs and data flows, manage deployment environments, mentor developers, and ensure delivery remains secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Role Overview

The role combines implementation with technical leadership. You will shape architecture, break work into clear tasks, review quality, resolve complex issues, and work closely with design and product stakeholders. You will also lead how the team uses AI across planning, coding, testing, debugging, and review. Set clear boundaries, build reusable workflows, challenge plausible but flawed output, and show that AI improves delivery without weakening security, performance, or maintainability. You remain accountable for what ships.

What You Will Own
