Product Space in Bengaluru seeks a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain learning products and internal systems. You’ll work across frontend and backend to deliver reliable, scalable experiences for learners and teams.

You’ll collaborate with founders, product, design, and content teams to turn ideas into technical solutions, build AI-powered tools, and ship features quickly while prioritizing quality and security.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development or a similar software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend development.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer at Product Space, you’ll be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining the technology that powers our learning products and internal systems. You’ll work across the frontend and backend to turn ideas into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience. You’ll work closely with the founders, product, design, and content teams to ship features that directly impact how learners discover, enroll in, and experience Product Space. The person who does this well will have a direct impact on the quality and scale of our products.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end development of web applications and product features, from requirements to deployment.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality frontend experiences for learners and internal teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Work closely with the founders and product team to translate product ideas into technical solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI tools, payment systems, authentication systems, and other external services.
• Build and maintain scalable systems that can support a growing learner and user base.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the frontend and backend.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks proactively.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security across production systems.
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize data access.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of deployments, testing, debugging, and ongoing product improvements.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development or a similar software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend development.
• Experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks.
• Comfortable working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment workflows, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Comfortable debugging problems across the frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Product-minded and able to understand the “why” behind what you’re building, not just the technical requirements.
• Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea to production.
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with founders, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Curious about AI and modern development tools, with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
