You’ll provide safety support to all sites/ building in the portfolio, ensuring they all meet our established standards and that of local safety regulations especially with regards to fire safety.Specifically, you’ll conduct safety review meetings with building leads at regular intervals to mitigate any risks and audit systems and practises followed. You’ll ensure that all high-risk activities have proper documentation. Additionally, you’ll promote fire safety by performing site inspections, risk reports, timely fire safety-related corrections, and weekly safety meetings. You’ll also constantly coordinate with the building manager and Head – Operations DLF Commercial/Brookfield to ensure that everybody will be out of harm’s way.Promoting safety awarenessGetting everyone on board our fire safety initiatives falls on your shoulders. You need to create awareness and educate our people and stakeholders. You’ll achieve this through consistent sharing of success stories and best practices among project JLL teams, and also by doing regular mentoring and coaching of our safety officers and other site employees. Another step would be obtaining the relevant professional licenses and ensuring they stay up-to-date.Sound like you? To apply, you need to have:Education and experienceAn ideal candidate holds a solid fire safety background, and has at least 10 years’ of relevant experience. You are also a safety license holder, with a proven track record in providing safety trainings. We also expect you to be well versed in project safety systems, processes, tools and best practices—ultimately, applying such sources in the delivery of flawless projects.An eye for detailWe’ll expect you to be good at identifying, and devising measures to meet, our stakeholders’ business needs and requirements.
