Role:

• Role broadly includes providing key insights to management team through various analytics of business performance.
• Facilitate decision making process through effective evaluation of different scenarios. Drive budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
• Partner with business functions on strategic projects for improving growth and profitability.

Job Description:

• Responsible for month-end related activities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials to the group.
• Circulation of various MIS reports to group and internal management
• Analysis of financial performance of business. Providing insights to business leadership team for decision making
• Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast, long range plans, scenarios and reports
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Digital projects for improved analytics and processes
• Pricing analysis and new product pricing
• Structured cost analysis
• Strategic projects - Tariff / Non-Tariff measures, growth initiatives, new business evaluation, growth capex etc

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: CA / CMA
• Minimum experience: ~ 12-15 years for CA; ~ 14-18 years for CMA
• Good exposure in an FP&A role in the manufacturing sector
• Should be an agile finance business finance partner.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
