• Financials Analysis & MIS: Preparation of monthly Executive MIS for review by CEO, CFO & Chairman; analyze financial statements for actionable insights.
• Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze monthly cost sheets, explain variances, assist in monthly and annual budgeting.
• Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Financial control & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the accounting system and implement improvements.
• Meeting Coordination & Administrative Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, manage VP calendar and travel.
• Team Collaboration: Support finance team and onboarding of new members.
• Risks Coordinator: Participate in Enterprise Risk Management tasks and risk committee meetings.
• Shared Services: Work with Shared Services for smooth transactions and controls.

Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose: -

The role is integral in driving strategic financial initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting the leadership team with accurate and timely financial insights to aid in decision-making.

Job Description: -

To support and enhance the finance and accounts functions through effective financial analysis, cost control, process improvements, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility: -

• Financials Analysis & MIS: Preparation of monthly Executive MIS for review by CEO, CFO & Chairman. Analysis of financial Statement to draw actionable insights with accuracy and timeliness. Review of GLs to identify and address the long open items.
• Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Analysis of monthly cost sheets to explain the variations wrt plan, flag the red issues to senior management and implement cost control mechanisms. Assist in preparation of Monthly & Annual budget.
• Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Financial control & Process Improvement: Identify the gaps in the current accounting system and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department.
• Meeting Coordination & Administrative Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents for meetings. Manage the VP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Team Collaboration: Support the finance team with administrative tasks and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Risks Coordinator: Actively participate & close the Enterprise Risk Management tasks which includes Risk register preparation, Risk Assessments, establishing control mechanisms and conducting Risk Committee Meetings.
• Shared Services: To work closely with the Shared Services team for smooth transactions support and controls.

Skill Set:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards;
