We are currently looking for a qualified and analytical professional to join our Finance team as Manager Financial Planning & Analyss.
Role & responsibilities
The role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical and reporting capabilities, along with hands‑on experience in MIS preparation, financial analysis, and management reporting. The candidate will play a key role in supporting management with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information for strategic decision‑making.
Preferred candidate profile
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports
- Analysis of financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and previous periods
- Preparation and review of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for key deviations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Perform revenue, cost, and margin analysis
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, and cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy
- Develop management dashboards, presentations, and business performance reports
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management review
Reporting & Compliance Support
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes
- Assist in monthly and quarterly book closure activities
- Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders for required documentation and reconciliations
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query
- Experience working with ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation abilities
- Ability to interpret financial data and present meaningful business insights
