Job summary

Creative Newtech is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as Manager Financial Planning & Analyss. The role emphasizes analytical and reporting excellence, MIS preparation, and strategic financial insight for management decisions.

You will lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, analyze performance vs budgets, and support budgeting, forecasting and planning. Strong Excel/ERP experience is essential for dashboard and report development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

• Preparation and review of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for key deviations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform revenue, cost, and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with accounts, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop management dashboards, presentations, and business performance reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management review.
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly book closure activities.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders for required documentation and reconciliations.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation abilities
• Ability to interpret financial data and present meaningful business insights
