Role Summary

GalaxEye Space is seeking a Finance & Strategy professional whocombines financial discipline with strategic thinking. The role will workclosely with the CEO and business verticals to drive financial visibility,business planning, and the evaluation of emerging business opportunities.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who understandsfinancial operations but also can connect numbers to strategic decision-making.The individual will play a key role in strengthening financial processes,enabling proactive reporting, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a broader leadershipposition within the finance function, with increasing responsibility acrossfinancial operations, planning, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Financial planning andperformance monitoring

• Support the development and periodic review ofcompany business plans, budgeting and forecasts.
  
• Track performance against business plans andhighlight risks, variances, and opportunities.
  
• Develop dashboards and reports that provideactionable insights for the CEO & business heads.
  

CEO and Cross-FunctionalBusiness Support

• Partner with vertical heads to understandoperational priorities and translate them into financial plans andopportunities.
  
• Providefinancial insights to supportresource allocation, pricing, and operational decisions.
  
• Act as abridge between finance and operational teamsto improve financial awareness across the organization .
  
• Participate inleadership discussions and business reviews with the CEO.
  
• Prepare briefing notes, financial summaries, and analysis forstrategic meetings.
  
• Track key initiatives and ensure alignment betweenstrategic decisions and financial outcomes.
  

Treasury Management

• Manage the relationship with the corporate treasurypartner to maximize yields on fund deployment.
  
• Manage cash flow forecasting and daily liquidityplanning to ensure sufficient operational funding.
  
• Identify and manage financial risks including FX,interest rate, and commodity exposures through hedging strategies.
  

Financial Operations

• Review MIS reports for accuracy and insights tosupport decision-making and performance tracking.
