TheManager – Finance leads the company's investment and fundraisingactivity. The major portion of this role is investments —evaluating opportunities, managing capital deployment, and buildingthe financial narrative that stands up to investor scrutiny. You willdrive fundraising rounds end to end and keep the organisation in aconstant state of investor readiness. This role suits someone who hasworked inside a startup and understands how early- and growth-stagecapital actually moves.
Ownthe investment agenda: evaluate, structure, and track capitaldeployment and returns across the business.
Buildand maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analysis tosupport investment and growth decisions.
Assessinvestment opportunities and prepare recommendation notes for theleadership team.
Managecash-flow planning, treasury, and allocation of capital acrosspriorities.
Monitorportfolio and investment performance and report on key metrics toleadership.
Leadfundraising rounds end to end — preparation, outreach support,diligence, and close.
Preparethe data room, financial statements, projections, and the metricsinvestors expect.
Buildand maintain investor-ready decks, cap-table workings, and thefinancial story behind the numbers.
Manageinvestor relations, diligence requests, and follow-through withprospective and existing investors.
Keepthe company continuously investor-ready — clean books, currentmetrics, and audit-ready documentation.
Overseebudgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis for leadership.
Ensurestatutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC/MCA, income tax) and coordinatewith auditors and consultants.
Strengthenfinancial controls, processes, and reporting discipline as thecompany scales.
Required: 5+years in finance, investments, or fundraising, including hands-onstartup experience.
Required: Provenexposure to fundraising, investor readiness, financial modelling,and valuations.
Required: Experienceworking in or with startups — you understand the pace, ambiguity,and capital needs of an early- or growth-stage company.
Preferred: Exposureto venture capital, private equity, or corporate M&A.
Preferred: Familiaritywith cap tables, term sheets, and SAFE / convertible instruments.
Strongcommand of financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
