This position will work with and lead the ETO team for Emerson's ETO India business. You will take part in project-wide reviews of requirements, specifications, and detailed design deliverables. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal customers such as the sales team, project managers and operations to understand project schedule and scope requirements in high-quality design in accordance with our Quality system, as well as ensuring Engineering deliverables are prepared with due diligence and appropriate consideration of customer requirements.
The successful candidate will be skilled at executing, planning, delegating, and mentoring a team and will have overall accountability for the timely delivery of technical Drawings and bill of materials.
