As a Lead Engineer - DevOps, DevSecOps & Cloud Operations
you will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, release processes, security controls, and operational excellence initiatives for software products and platforms.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, production operations, monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with Software Development, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
In addition to technical execution, you will provide technical guidance to engineering teams, promote DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, support cloud operational excellence, and drive automation, reliability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.
This role supports product development and digital transformation initiatives for Marmon Foodservice Technologies through Marmon GIC.
Mandatory Skills:
- 6 - 8 years of overall experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and DevOps practices.

DevOps & CI/CD Engineering
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Automate software delivery workflows to improve deployment speed, consistency, reliability, and scalability.
- Support source code management, branching strategies, version control standards, and release governance processes.
- Drive automation initiatives across development, testing, deployment, and operational environments.
- Continuously improve software delivery efficiency through process optimization and tooling enhancements.
Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Deploy, configure, manage, and support AWS cloud infrastructure environments.
- Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized application deployments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Ensure cloud environments meet availability, scalability, security, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Support cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, capacity planning, and operational governance activities.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
- Support cloud operational governance and platform modernization initiatives.
