Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Lead Engineer for the Seatings CoE in the Chakan/Pune area. The role focuses on CAD 3D modelling and 2D drafting reviews, delivering day-to-day design outputs aligned with seat design MPDS, and monitoring development progress.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure design intent, feasibility, and adherence to schedules, drawing on 8–12 years of relevant experience in seat systems.

Qualifications

• BE/M.E. in Mechanical/Automobile/Production preferred.
• Experience 8 to 12 years in seat system industry.

Responsibilities

• CAD 3D modelling and 2D drafting review and monitoring of day-to-day design deliverables per seat design and development MPDS.
• Interaction with counterparts at other departments within the organisation and with vendors.
