Job summary

Ansira seeks an experienced QA Lead to shape and drive quality across complex software programs. With 8–10 years in QA and 4+ years in leadership, you will define QA strategies, oversee testing, and ensure reliable software delivery in Agile environments.

You will champion automation using Selenium/Playwright (C# preferred), lead AI-driven testing initiatives, conduct API and performance testing, write SQL queries, and mentor distributed teams.

Qualifications

Experienced QA Lead with 8-10 years in Quality Assurance and 4+ years of team leadership experience. Expertise in defining QA strategies, leading end-to-end testing activities, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments. Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium/Playwright (preferably C#), AI-driven automation solutions, API testing, performance testing, SQL, and CI/CD tools. Proven ability to mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous quality improvements. Strong experience in designing test strategies, test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting quality metrics. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, with demonstrated experience in SDET, QAE, or QA Lead roles. Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium/Playwright (preferably C#) and building scalable automation frameworks. Experience in AI-driven automation solutions, intelligent test automation, and automation optimization techniques. Strong experience in writing SQL queries (Select statements, joins, data validation, and analysis). Strong expertise in API testing using SOAP and REST services. Hands-on experience in Performance and Load Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools. Knowledge of deployment automation, continuous integration, and build automation tools such as TFS, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps. Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership and collaboration abilities. Conversant with Agile/Scrum development methodology and release management processes. Ability to drive QA strategy, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
