Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior Process Data Engineer in Bengaluru to collect, validate, and analyze process data from refinery and petrochemical units. You will interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and datasheets, support corrosion rate estimation, and collaborate with process, materials, and reliability teams to ensure data accuracy.

The role requires a strong command of Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high‑quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in a continuous process manufacturing facility, preferably in refinery, petrochemicals, fertilizers, or chemicals.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, and equipment design documents.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and strong data discipline.
• Team‑oriented with good coordination skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering high‑quality output.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical summaries, data sheets, and engineering documentation as per workflow requirements.
• Participate in review meetings and provide support to clients.
