Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a product management professional with data-driven experience to define, prioritize, and translate requirements across the product lifecycle. You will act as the primary interface between the Product Insights Hub and business stakeholders, driving cross-functional delivery from insights to implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in product management or related roles, with strong analytics, KPI framing, and storytelling to influence decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA/PGDM or related field.

Job description

• Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements across lifecycle (ideation to launch and post-launch optimization) aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
• Own business use case definition and prioritization, ensuring focus on high-impact product and customer outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and actionable backlog items for execution.
• Act as the primary interface between Product Insights Hub and business stakeholders (PD, Marketing, Product Planning, CC & Quality, Sales) to ensure alignment.
• Drive cross-functional delivery orchestration, ensuring smooth execution from insight generation to product implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and System Intelligence teams to ensure insights are relevant, actionable, and aligned to business needs.
• Translate analytics outputs (vehicle usage, customer behavior, feature usage, failure data) into product improvements and decision inputs.
• Enable data-driven decision-making, providing strong business storytelling and insight communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure closure of insight-to-action loop by feeding outputs back into product development for implementation.
• Track and monitor value realization of product initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact from insights.

Critical Must-Have Deliverables:

• Clearly defined and prioritized product use cases and requirement backlog
• Structured product specifications and user stories aligned to business needs
• Strong cross-functional alignment and delivery execution across stakeholders
• Effective translation of analytics insights into product decisions and actions
• Established value realization tracking for implemented product initiatives

Experience

Minimum 3-7years of experience in product management, or cross-functional delivery roles, with strong exposure to data-driven or analytics-led environments.

Industry Preferred

Consultancy, Automotive, Mobility, Technology, Analytics, or Data-Driven Product Development domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Master’s in Business management – MBA / PGDM from Premier Business school, Data Analytics, or related field.
