• Have an in depth understanding of respective discipline and understand MEP services.
• Able to lead MEP delivery on large projects.
• Be responsible for overseeing review of projects under respective leadership.
• Responsible for checking work authored.
• Supporting the team lead with the management of respective team to effectively manage resources to meet project demands, ensuring optimal utilization of team members.
• Responsible for mentoring senior engineers.
• Motivate respective team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.
• Identify training needs for team members
