Job summary

Gradiant seeks an experienced M365 specialist to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 ecosystems. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams Phone deployments, ensuring secure access and compliance across tenants. You will mentor junior admins and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams Phone/Calling Plans.
• Security & compliance tools: Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management.
• Identity & access: Entra ID, Identity Protection, PAM, Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Scripting: PowerShell (advanced), Graph, Power Automate.
• Preferred: Intune, Azure, M365 products, security tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Governance: Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-scale M365 ecosystems.
• Security & Identity Management: Manage Entra ID, CA, MFA, and Purview data protection.
• Tenant Management & Migration: Lead complex tenant migrations and hybrid deployments.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts and Graph API solutions for reporting/automation.
• Escalation & Leadership: Tier-3 escalation support and mentor junior admins.
• Emerging Tech: Drive adoption/licensing of Copilot and AI agents.

Design and implement M365 services such as Intune, Policies, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform, authentication, access management, and single sign-on (SSO).

Responsibilities :

• Platform Architecture & Governance: Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-scale M365 ecosystems. Establish governance models for SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Security & Identity Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection).
• Tenant Management & Migration: Lead complex tenant-to-tenant migrations, on-premises to cloud, or hybrid Exchange and Teams deployments.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop complex PowerShell scripts and Graph API solutions for reporting and system automation.
• Escalation & Leadership: Serve as Tier-3 escalation support, resolve complex platform outages, and mentor junior administrators.
• Emerging Tech: Drive the adoption, licensing, and management of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents within the tenant.

• M365 Workloads: Deep, hands-on expertise in Exchange Online (Hybrid mail flow), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Phone/Calling Plans.
• Security & Compliance: Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery, and Data Lifecycle Management.
• Identity & Access: Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Protection, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Scripting Languages: PowerShell (advanced), Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Power Automate
• Preferred: Intune, Azure, M365 products, Security products (Crowd strike, Proof point, Zscaler)
