Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Nashik district seeks an experienced IMCR specialist to drive program-defined TCP targets and manage IMCR deliveries across reviews with Program CPH/Group CPH. You will lead workshops with Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and track DCR, Validation, and FTR for IMCR proposals.

The role requires 5–7 years in IMCR, a BE EE degree, and a strong ability to generate viable ideas through architecture, cost benchmarking, and design optimization.

• 5-7 years of experience in the IMCR domain.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with VES COEs to ensure TCP meets IMCR targets.
• Own IMCR deliveries to program and leadership reviews.
• Identify IMCR proposals.
• Conduct workshops with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• DCR, Validation, FTR with pre-EN/EN tracking.
• Develop timeplans and budgets; form CFT for IMCR proposals.
• Brainstorm and generate IMCR ideas: architecture, cost, standardisation, benchmarking.
• Monitor IMCR proposals and escalate risks to leadership.
• Circulate Project MIS reports to leadership.
• Support scope changes, budgeting, and CFT formation.
• Monitor supplier development and escalate critical concerns.

2. Act as single point of ownership for VES IMCR deliveries to Program CPH/ Group CPH/ Vertical Head reviews for the respective projects.
3. Idetifying the IMCR proposals
4. Conducting the Workshop with Tire 1 & Tire 2 suplier

6. Timeplan, Budget preparation, CFT formation and monitoring for IMCR proposals.
7. Well versed for Brain Storming & vehicle level IMCR idea generation by doing architecture study, cost comparision, standardisation, benchmarking, layout study, feature comparision, alternate sourc & design otpimization etc.
8. IMCR proposal/Project Risk monitoring and escalation to GPH’s/Delivery heads/Vertical Heads/President.

10. Support for new IMCR proposal change scope finalization, Budget estimation and CFT formation
