Job summary

Verisk Hyderabad is seeking a technically skilled software engineer in a hybrid role to join a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product owners. You will design, develop, and support software that drives business goals while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You will analyze production issues, participate in design reviews, and provide guidance to teammates, helping Verisk deliver robust risk analytics solutions across the insurance lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Nice to haves: Designer’s eye
• Multithreaded programming experience in both procedural and functional paradigms
• Understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases/embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

Responsibilities
