Job summary

The Nepo Team in Noida is seeking a Lead E-Commerce & Systems Integrator to independently manage Shopify/WooCommerce stores, integrations, and automation for Australian clients. You will design and optimize e‑commerce workflows, perform data operations, and implement SaaS integrations with tools like Zapier, Make.com, and REST APIs, while ensuring accurate catalog management and inventory processing.

Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Shopify/WordPress development and systems integration.
• Proven experience with Zapier, Make.com, API integrations, and Webhooks.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Power Query for data processing and inventory management.
• Must be willing to work from the Noida office starting at 6:0 AM IST.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize and manage Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress/WooCommerce stores, themes, apps, and configurations.
• Set up and integrate business systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and POS platforms including Lightspeed, Square, and Shopify POS.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
• Perform advanced data cleaning, formatting, mapping, and catalog management using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power Query.
• Handle large inventory and product CSV imports/exports with accuracy.
• Read technical documentation and quickly learn new SaaS applications as client requirements evolve.
• Troubleshoot integration, API, and data synchronization issues independently.

The role requires a technically strong professional who can independently manage Shopify/WooCommerce stores, integrations, and automation workflows for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and manage Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress/WooCommerce stores, themes, apps, and configurations.
• Set up and integrate business systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and POS platforms including Lightspeed, Square, and Shopify POS.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, REST APIs, and Webhooks.

• Understanding of e‑commerce operations, inventory workflows, and order management systems.
• Exposure to Australian clients or international service delivery environments is an advantage.
