Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines and related equipment before procedures.
• Assist nephrologists and nursing staff during dialysis sessions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs during dialysis and report abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure proper handling, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis machines and accessories.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and machine parameters.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols strictly.
• Assist in emergency situations related to dialysis procedures.
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital policy.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and support teams for smooth operations.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment.
