Technical Lead / Engineering Manager – DevOps, SRE & Agentic AI

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead/Engineering Manager to lead a team of freshers and junior engineers while driving the delivery of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, and Agentic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of mentoring engineers, driving execution, and implementing engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior engineers and freshers.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Drive SRE practices including reliability, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Implement and standardize observability using modern monitoring and logging platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted engineering and Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable platforms.

Required Technical Skills

• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• SRE principles (SLOs, SLIs, Incident Management, RCA)

Preferred AI Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Claude/ OpenAI / any genAI tools
