Job summary

Confidential is seeking a DevOps Architect to lead the design of enterprise-grade infrastructure on Kubernetes in Ahmedabad. You will drive scalable, secure, and highly available systems while building and managing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong DevOps architecture skills, extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Calico, and cloud concepts, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex production environments.

Qualifications

• Project and system planning experience.
• Experience in defining technical architecture of DevOps Infrastructure.
• Experience in working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CNI plugins like Calico.
• Experience with Istio service mesh.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience CI/CD with GitHub Actions & ArgoCD.
• Excellent troubleshooting and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of data storage like TiKV, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Object Store, and Postgres is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud is a plus.
• Good understanding of firewalls.
• Ability to adopt new technologies.
• Problem solving skills and independence.
• Good written and verbal communication.

• Design and deploy scalable, highly available, secure, and fault tolerant systems on Kubernetes
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Quick Troubleshooting & Optimization of Servers for optimal performance
• Identify issues in the production system and implement monitoring solutions to overcome those issues
• Implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Review and improve existing processes and design new, if required

Skill Requirement

• Experience working with Container Network Interface (CNI) plugins like Calico
• Experience working with service mesh like Istio
